Calling All BMW Owners!

Mark your calendars for Sunday, September 8th, 2024, for the 15th-annual BMW Northwest MotorFest, presented by the Oregon/SW Washington Chapter of the BMW Car Club of America. For 2024, MotorFest will be returning to an old favorite, Silverton, Oregon with plenty of room for our BMWs to spread out and show off!

This event is for BMW CCA Members only, you must have a valid membership to attend (guest and passengers do not need to be members). Entry cost: $20 includes one BBQ meal & $15 for extra meals for passengers and other guests! 

Connect with friends old and new and admire the amazing collection of BMWs, from classic to contemporary, grab a BBQ lunch. ONE lunch is included in the entry and additional lunches can be purchased during registration. Lunch will be wood grilled house made Italian sausage sandwiches with onions and peppers, house made potato salad and coleslaw, potato chips, homemade lemonade and a sweet treat desert with assorted sodas! Stop by and visit Eric from Fullerton wines. They are a family owned and operated winery. He will be pouring both red and white wines. Glass prices from $10-15 and bottle prices from $25-70

With a variety of music, a vendor row featuring many of our sponsors, and the highly anticipated BMW Oregon CCA Charity raffle, MotorFest15 is the must-attend BMW event of the year!

This year’s featured sponsors include Boyd Motor Werks, and Wheelkraft. For $1 per ticket (or 25 tickets for $20), you will have a chance to win amazing raffle items, such as; a Valentine V1 Gen2 radar detector, detailing packages, BMW services, BMW gear, and much more! We will also have 2 tickets to the BMW Performance Center Track Meet program. The program includes lunch at noon, three driving events, rides with our professional drivers and a reception following!

Returning to this year’s MotorFest will be crowd favorite WheelKraft NW, who will be on site with their fleet of mobile wheel repair vehicles to take care of your unintended wheel scuffs! WheelKraft NW will be providing wheel repair services on-site between 11am and 2pm for $100 per wheel. Cash transactions and advanced reservations only. Email Mark@bmworegoncca.com to reserve an on-site time slot to have those rollers brought back to life!

Please note: bring cash for all on-site transactions! We will have a Square card reader to process debit and credit card purchases, but weak cellular signal may cause slow processing times. Cash will be faster!

We will send an email Friday September 6th with the event address to all that have registered.  No day of sign up.  We will not have a drive to Motorfest this year. There is no spectator parking.
