SUMMARY:Covered Bridges Tour
DESCRIPTION:It’s been a few years since we have visited the covered bridges of Linn County. So this covered bridges drive is a return to where it all started plus some added adventures in Marion County. The drive started in 2013 as a fall colors tour but has since evolved into two different events. The drive is more laid back but there are curvy sections mixed in with the picturesque settings. We will start with some curves near Turner then drive thru Jefferson on our way to Scio and Crabtree. We will take a break in Larwood Park and see the Larwood Bridge up close. Then we will shoot through the Richardson Gap on our way to Jordan. Then we’ll head out to Mehama and cross the Santiam River. On the way back we will avoid OR-22 and I-5 and instead see the quaint towns of Shaw\, and Pratum. This is a great drive where we will cross 5 covered bridges. At times we will carve corners and other times will be a Sunday drive to soak up the pretty surroundings. This drive really does have it all!\nAnd if you don’t mind a little wait\, this is your chance to experience In-N-Out Burger for lunch after the Drive (its right next to the Target where we are starting/ending the Drive)! \nWe will meet around 9:00am at the Target in Keizer Station Shopping Center in Keizer\, OR.  The Target is at 6450 Keizer Station Blvd. Keizer\, OR 97303 \nWe will have a MANDATORY Drivers’ meeting at 9:30am to explain the route and safety rules. We will head out shortly thereafter. \nREGISTER NOW

DESCRIPTION:The Oregon BMW CCA Classic Cars & Coffee continues at our favorite venue\, the Oswego Grill parking area on Centerpointe Drive. Our focus in on Classic BMWs\, primarily any BMW 25 years or older\, which includes e32\, e34\, and e36-chassis cars – early e39s are almost there\, too! If you’re able to bring your Classic BMW we’d love to see it! \nIf you’re interested in taking the plunge into old-car-ownership (should we say “stewardship”) come on out and hang with us\, you’ll meet lots of car people and get useful info & tips for your classic BMW project. We don’t exclude any BMWs\, so if you have a newer BMW you are also welcome to join. \nRegistration not required. See you there!
