DESCRIPTION:The Classic Group meets at our favorite venue\, the Oswego Grill parking area at Centerpointe. \nOur focus in on Classic BMWs\, primarily any BMW 25 years or older\, (which means early e32\, e34\, and e36 are now falling into that category!). If you are able to bring your Classic BMW please join us! \nIf you’re interested in taking the plunge into old-car-ownership (should we say “stewardship”) come on out and hang with us\, you’ll meet lots of car people and get useful info & tips for your classic BMW project. We don’t exclude any BMWs\, so if you have a newer BMW you are also welcome to join us. \nRegistration not required. See you there!

SUMMARY:Fall Colors Tour
DESCRIPTION:Summer may be over but our driving season is not!  We have one more epic tour this year with the Fall Colors Tour to The Dalles. Tour Meister Tom has put together an exciting route with a great balance of technical twisties\, roller coaster sweepers\, and some mellow time as well to keep us all entertained. \nFor our Fall Colors tour this year we will feature driving experiences both familiar and new.  We begin in Troutdale and travel along our previous year’s route through the Bull Run area of Clackamas County\, proceeding toward Sandy. We then take back roads up the slopes of Mt.  Hood to the Rhododendron area for a rest stop.  Then after heading up past Government camp we’ll take a seldom traveled back road down the east slopes of Mt. Hood towards The Dalles for a rest stop.  Following this we’ll take our familiar and very enjoyable drive on 7 mile road\, but this time we’ll go in the reverse direction.  After arriving in Mosier thoroughly satisfied\, we’ll take the freeway into Cascade locks for a group meal and camaraderie which will complete the tour. \nThere will be three rest stops along the way.  Lunch in Cascade locks will be in the early-mid afternoon\, so consider packing a snack and a drink for a rest stop. \nFor this tour we’ll be traveling in groups guided by leaders and sweepers. \n8:00AM CHECK-IN OPENS – RAIN OR SHINE \n8:30AM MANDATORY DRIVER’S MEETING \n9:00AM DEPART IN GROUPS \n8:30 AM mandatory driver’s meeting will be at the outdoor park shelter behind restrooms at south end of the parking lot. \nGroup Meal at tour’s end at Bridgside Resturant. \nNOTE: You MUST register on Motorsport Reg to participate in the drive. AND you must be a current BMW CCA member to drive on the Tour.  Passengers need not be club members. \n			 \n				REGISTER NOW!
