Look! It’s the coveted BMW 325i. She’s a beauty but no longer suits my needs, like needing a 4-door for a dog with a bad knee.
Current condition: It won’t start, but we’ve gotten it started and driven it around the block several times. Keep reading. If you’re interested, I can have AAA jump it for a test drive. They checked the battery and I even had it charged again, and it’s good. But the car has been sitting a while and needs some TLC to get her moving. I can also do a AAA jump to get it to a shop or your house so you can work on it. It drives like a dream — I just don’t want to spend another dime on it at this time. Once a few issues are fixed, it’s good to go for a long while! Perfect for around town and to the coast, too. Also: she needs a good wax, which I will get to this weekend to help her faded paint.
• Candy apple red with tan/black leather interior in great shape • Hand-crank sunroof • Newer sound system/CD player • Excellent heater • Comes with previous driver tips for things like “the lights don’t beep at you, so be careful and don’t leave them on,” etc. and maintenance records
– Recent Maintenance: *New brakes *One key door locks (had several before) *New plugs *Synthetic oil change *New wipers – but some TLC is needed for one of them * Battery as mentioned
Less-Pros: It needs a little work to get DEQ inspection pass. At Atomic Auto, they mentioned a potential cause worn internal components, and encouraged me to get it running. Knowing I needed a new car for my dog situation, I declined and here we are. Most mechanics say it’s not a big deal, and for a little you could have a great, reliable car. FYI, this car got rave reviews from a neighbor who works on BMWs.
